    Introduction

    These terms apply to your use of Postflare, operated by Emil Lykke in Denmark. Contact emillykkeg@gmail.com with questions about the service or your subscription.

    Agreement to Terms and Conditions

    You are responsible for your account, the content you submit and permission to use any connected Channel. Follow the rules of each Platform and do not use Postflare for unlawful content, spam or abuse.

  3. 03

    YouTube API Services

    YouTube publishing is not yet available in the public application. When you use Postflare features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must have the right to upload the content to the selected Channel, choose its privacy and audience settings, and follow YouTube policies. Our Privacy Policy explains the Google permissions, data use and revocation process. Disconnecting Postflare or deleting its stored data does not delete videos already published on YouTube.

    Subscriptions and free trial

    Postflare offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval and Channel limit are shown before you subscribe. Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial and requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected subscription price when the trial ends and at each renewal.

    Cancellation and refunds

    Manage your payment method and cancel through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the current trial or paid period. Contact emillykkeg@gmail.com to request a refund or exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

    Disclaimer

    Platform availability, permissions and limits can change. Postflare cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every Publication succeeds. Check the status of your Publications and report problems to support. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  7. 07

    Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your remedies when a digital service does not meet applicable legal requirements.

  8. 08

    Responsibilities

    You retain ownership of your content. You permit Postflare to process it as needed to provide the service and publish to the Channels you select. Posts are subject to fair use, Platform limits and the limits shown in the application.

  9. 09

    General Terms and Law

    Danish law applies, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to consumers in their country of residence. We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they apply to your subscription.
