Fast Forward Dev License Agreement

TL;DR: one purchase, one licence to build unlimited projects, personal or commercial.

    Introduction

    This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Fast Forward Dev and you, the user (“Licensee”), regarding the use of the Fast Forward Dev coding boilerplate (“Product”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU laws.

    Grant of License

    Subject to this Agreement, Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for creating unlimited personal or commercial projects. The license is perpetual and is granted per purchase.

  3. 03

    Restrictions

    Licensee shall not resell or redistribute the Product itself, remove proprietary notices, use the Product in violation of laws or third-party rights, or sub-license or otherwise transfer rights. Modifying the Product for use in Licensee's own projects is the entire point of it and is expressly permitted.

  4. 04

    Ownership and Intellectual Property

    All ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Fast Forward Dev. This Agreement grants no ownership rights to the Licensee. Projects Licensee builds with the Product belong to Licensee.

  5. 05

    Warranty and Disclaimer

    The Product is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. Fast Forward Dev disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  6. 06

    Limitation of Liability

    Fast Forward Dev will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to this Agreement or the Product, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

  7. 07

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement is governed by EU laws, specifically under the jurisdiction of an appropriate EU country. Disputes will be resolved in EU courts.

  8. 08

    Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the Licensee and Fast Forward Dev, superseding all prior agreements.
